The Linksys 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet switch works very well in home network closet with fast sustained speeds. It has a nice quality housing that feels sturdy. Overall for this kind of product there is not a whole lot to say but the included power adapter could be made smaller to only take up one plug in the power strip. Overall its a good buy.

Bought these when moving content from old PC workstations at home office to new generation Windows 11 units. Made copying files over much easier and allowed continued use of older station/monitor until new set up was sorted out and running smooth

This is a great switch. It's cost effective and works right out of the box. Anybody with switches slower than a gigabit switch should definitely make the switch to a gigabit switch. Guaranteed a boost in your network speeds.

This is a solid Ethernet switch that allows more devices to connect to a modem. One of the reasons that I bought it as opposed to similar switches is the fact that according to the picture on Best Buy's web site, the cables ran to the rear of the switch with the front showing active connections. It's a very clean look but the switch that I got had the standard front panel connections. It's possible that Linksys changed the switch but the listing here should have been more current if that was the case. I'm keeping it but I also got another switch that does have rear connections and I'll use that one and keep the Linksys is reserve.

This unmanaged ethernet box was a no brainer to set up and is lighting fast

Inexpensive fix for my problem. Connected effortlessly and was easy to install. Eliminated the cost and aggravation of running a long CAT5 wire.

My router has only 4 ports, so I used this switch to increase the amount of usable ports for all my wired devices. I have cables ran to 3 game consoles, 1 PC, and a router elsewhere for more wifi coverage. The signal degradation is nearly nonexistent in my application and the switch was basically plug-and-play

Good if needing extra ports for Ethernet cables. Nice and small.

Really easy to set up. From what I have experienced so far, my downloads are way faster than just being on wifi. I also got it on sale so for the price, ease, and performance I give it a 5.

This worked very well. We put in a starlink system and needed this splitter to get several devices internet. This worked like a charm and everything that needs internet has it.
