Increase my speed 10X. Used on a large farm, with cat6 wire. The last spot had 90mbps now it has around 900mbps.

I bought this new 5 port ethernet switch to replace an older model I had purchased about 8 years ago that finally failed. I trust Linksys and they have not let me down. Very easy to install, simply plug in your cat-5's and plug it in. One blue light for power and 5 green lights, one for each port that flicker when traffic is present. Price was $5 more than the close competitor, but I feel it was worth it!

This worked very well. We put in a starlink system and needed this splitter to get several devices internet. This worked like a charm and everything that needs internet has it.

Really easy to set up. From what I have experienced so far, my downloads are way faster than just being on wifi. I also got it on sale so for the price, ease, and performance I give it a 5.

This switch is a very unique model i bought from best buy. It doesn't break down easily. It had enough ports for me to connect all my devices. I will ourchase more soon.

The Linksys 5-Port Gigabit Ethernet switch works very well in home network closet with fast sustained speeds. It has a nice quality housing that feels sturdy. Overall for this kind of product there is not a whole lot to say but the included power adapter could be made smaller to only take up one plug in the power strip. Overall its a good buy.

This is a solid Ethernet switch that allows more devices to connect to a modem. One of the reasons that I bought it as opposed to similar switches is the fact that according to the picture on Best Buy's web site, the cables ran to the rear of the switch with the front showing active connections. It's a very clean look but the switch that I got had the standard front panel connections. It's possible that Linksys changed the switch but the listing here should have been more current if that was the case. I'm keeping it but I also got another switch that does have rear connections and I'll use that one and keep the Linksys is reserve.

A simple network switch that is percect for extending your wired network. I use it run a network cable from my router to my theater. Easy to set up and i am pleased.

Good product for the money. I was able to connect 4 gaming systems and get a high speed connection that is more reliable then wireless.

Never had any issues with this brand. Well worth the price.

My router has only 4 ports, so I used this switch to increase the amount of usable ports for all my wired devices. I have cables ran to 3 game consoles, 1 PC, and a router elsewhere for more wifi coverage. The signal degradation is nearly nonexistent in my application and the switch was basically plug-and-play
