Needed to replace 2 switches at home. One was another brand that had too many failing ports, and the other was just 10/100. One is for my entertainment center, the other for cables going to the rest of the house. So far so good!

Don't complain about slow internet if you are using slow interfaces. Be sure to use gigabit ethernet where you can. This is an excellent way to connect more devices.

Love this little 5port Ethernet switch. Perfect for travel. I use this when setting up multiple workstation/laptops when I only have one network drop to work with. Speeds are fast. Highly recommend this product.

I have purchased many network switches for personal and business use. This one is my favorite of the budget variety. It is very well built and can be mounted to different surfaces. Always on and working.

Compact size does not take up much space or have a big footprint. I like the activity lights are offset to the side so you can see which ports are active. Small size does not draw much power or generate much heat at all.

Small and compact. Doesn’t take up a lot of space. Great solution for expanding your network!

I purchase because our kids needed additional ports this was a lifesaver purchase. The system works excellent no issues from the time I plug it in.

Linksys completely changed the configuration of this unit. The picture shows Ver 1, with all the lights in front & network jacks in back... the way I like it. HOwever, I couldn't find ver 1 at any BB, Ver 2 was the only version available. To confuse you more, it's under the same SKU # at BB as Ver 1, however, both the networks jacks AND lights are on the back in Ver 2.. with the power cord on the front, ughh - it's ugly no matter which side you have facing you. This new design is clearly intended to be hung on a wall, not sitting on a desk or entertainment center... other than that, the unit performs as advertised, i just don't like the design of the newer version 2 at all for asthetic reasons...

Needed a switch/multiport and got it for rhe righr peice. Easy setup and been woeking great.

Easy set up. I have all my Ethernet jacks in the house run to my master closet, so all I had to do was connect them to this and was good to go!

Working from home created a need for more things to be connected and just not enough ports. This switch does what it is intended to do and have had zero issues so far.

Needed more ports at my cable modem. Bought this device, plugged in the Ethernet cables, plugged this into the modem , applied power and was fully functional. What could be easier?
