Very easy to implement for a small home network, I personally use them in a small office environment

Just what I needed for my home Wi-Fi setup. Works perfectly for the things that I want hard wired.

Very easy to set up and get to working right away. took me less then 5 minutes to set up and get things running. Works better then I expected.

It does what I want It to do so It's an automatic 5 afterall I have a lot of ethernet ports

Well, an unmanaged Ethernet switch has a pretty simple job to do, but this does it well with no problems. Got gigabit links on all ports, switch takes a couple minutes to boot up, but then you never have to think about it again. Added 3 PCs and a printer to our corporate network without any problems (remember you need one port as an uplink, so this will connect 4 devices).

Purchased this item to connect my entertainment consoles to my network. TV, Xbox, Roku and it works perfectly.

This is a solid metal device, so quite sturdy it seems. It upgraded me to a gigabit switch for a good price, so just what I needed. No problems.

Works well and as advertised. Just wish the lights weren’t so bright. LOL but great product overall.

No issues with the switch as of yet; I purchased 15 for work, and they are still running with no issues.

I wanted to purchase a small switch to help 2 computers communicate more effectively. This switch has worked great with no complaints.

It is a great switch for a small workgroup/network. Very easy to installed. I will come back to get some more of it and looking for 8-port or 16 if they have one.

As we need more ports to handle more tech , Modems , Routers only have so many plug ins....This give you 5 more to work with. Perfect for what I needed.

I wanted to use this as an Ethernet Switch between my modem (which has a single LAN port) and my router. My modem is located in a cabinet where my living room electronics are installed and is connected via a CAT6 to my WiFi Router, which is in the middle of my basement so as to cover the whole house. I wanted to use this switch to hardwire my living room devices instead of the current WiFi-only connections but I could not get more everything to connect at the same time with this thing. After a bit of trouble shooting and research I figured it out—it wasn’t installed behind a DHCP device. Unbeknownst to me my modem does not support DHCP and to work correctly this switch needs to be installed behind a device that does (like a router). I verified this by connecting multiple devices to the switch behind the router. In that configuration, it worked. So, in my situation, the switch was worthless. But in other set-ups (behind a router or a modem that supports DHCP) it would probably be just fine.

As always Linksys delivers. The switch works great and the set-up is extremely simple, plug power, plug Ethernet cables and you are rolling.

I purchased this switch to add a couple of ports at my pc location. I like it because all the connections are on the back so you get a cleaner install.

Very easy product to use. Just power it up, plug in your Ethernet cable’s and your ready to go.

Needed to add cameras to my monitoring system while having the recorder in a separate building, the switch Works Great for what I needed.
