Needed to replace a bad switch in my Dad's second floor to feed his printer, tv and access point and this was just what was needed. It's small, tough and reliable. Granted, I'd like to get him completely moved to a Ubiquiti system from top to bottom, but this will keep things going until then.

Reliable device for expanding a small network. It's a great option for a small office setting.

Great unit, I just wish that the lights were not so bright especially at night. It's in our bedroom hence I feel its a little too bright but works just fine. I have been using true dark dots and that helps some to calm the lighting at night.

We needed something quick and easy to install so we could run our TV, sonos sound bar, and cable receiver on 1 ethernet connection. We only had one ethernet port in our bedroom. This makes streaming so much faster then pulling off our wifi!

Nice simple switch. Easy to set up, allows me to provide a wired connection to my multimedia and gaming consoles in one small area.

Has worked perfectly along with our Velop wireless 2200 setup for a desktop we need connected with a cable. Also for a Tivo unit. All ports are in use and have worked well with no issue since purchase. Easy setup too.

Works as intended. Very small and compact. easy to set up. A no brainer should you need extra ports. The great value also makes it worth it.

Got it to split a friends Ethernet between the two of us. It worked phenomenally! Easy set up and high quality so I don’t have to worry about the longevity. Highly recommend if you’re needing to split a connection between devices.

It doesn't get any easier than this. If all you need to do is split 1 internet connection to 5 or less, this is the product for you. No wireless, no fancy settings. Just plug in your main connection and plug other connects off it. No noticeable speed degradation. The only problem I have is it not obvious how to configure quality of service (QOS) where I can prioritize certain traffic. I have home office and my phone calls traverse the internet for me so I would like to make sure the voice traffic is given priority. This product supposedly does that but I can't figure out how to set it up.

I needed to hook up all the items at my entertainment center and seeing as I prefer Ethernet to wireless when possible the 4 ports on my cable modem did cut it. Adding the Cisco switch was quick and easy. The unit is much smaller than the box gives the appearance. Easy to put anywhere. I would highly recommend.

Works well, price was better than competition, easy to set up

This ethernet switch works well for my purposes. I needed to split an ethernet plug in my office to connect to several printers and copiers. It's simply plug-and-play. Setup was straightforward. I have never had issues with Linksys networking equipment like this wired switch and would recommend it.

They don't make enough ports on the internet devices these days. This works perfect for my modem/router. Its small and doesn't require any software installation. Pretty self explanatory and works right out the box.

Had an issue when upgrading internet to 1GB speeds, and was having issues only getting 100mbps on my desktop computers. I realized the Gigabit Switch was what I needed to upgrade to get my internet speeds throughout the house. Highly Recommended and at a cheap price!

Bought this to accomodate a new setup in my house for teleworking and it works great. No issues.

This replaced an older Netgear switch. This is a plug and play switch that is easy to install. The blue LED indicating power is super bright and on all the time, so I did have to put something under my entertainment center to block that light from being distracting or annoying.

Great device and works with no problems and is very easy to install.

I bought the Linksys Ethernet Switch to connect multiple computers in the office that are used heavily for video conferencing and office functions. I plugged in the Linksys, connected it to the internet input, and then plugged in my devices to the Ethernet ports. It was quick, simple and it just worked. The entire process was less than 10 minutes. It also looks good on the desk. My only wish is that the ports were in the back of the Linksys -- not the front.

very easy to use. small size makes it fit into an area with limited space
