Support tried to sell me a $300 upgrade. When I said no they sent me a replacement. the new extender set up easily. However I have noticed no change.

Aside from the location where you plugged in the RE6500 Extender, other factors that can affect your Wi-Fi range are thick walls, metal objects, appliances, and mirrors. To fully maximize your extender's potential, we recommend taking advantage of its Spot Finder Technology feature to guide you where to properly relocate the extender for an optimal coverage.
