When this is functioning, it works perfectly and serves the purpose of extending the house wifi where it wasn’t reaching before. However, I’ve had to completely reset it every few days since I first set it up. There appears to be no consistent reason it stops working, the internet just cuts out and the light starts flashing orange. I now keep a nail taped to the fridge near where it’s located so I can quickly hit the reset button and start the setup process over again. Would not recommend!

Bought to replace an older Netgear range extender. Eliminates any dead spots in 3 story house. No device issues as mentioned in other reviews.

Needed a wi-fi booster. Found it in stock, picked it up that day and was running later on in the day. Great product easy to setup, no problems.

This product is excellent. It extended the WiFi signal from the stock router. The signal expands troughout the entire house.

Bought this both to extend my wifi range and for the audio out feature. WiFi extension works fine, but can't cast audio through this unit as expected. At least that's what I assume, since customer service never bothered to answer my question posted to their Q&A section of the product page over a week ago, asking how to get that function to work. If you can set this up by yourself, it's a decent buy. If you need help, shop another brand, because Linksys will not help you.

Works OK, but drops off line (white light goes to Red) at various times. Problem may be Cox. Was a little confusing to set up using on-line instructions.

Works great! Had to call Linksys for help in setting it up as the instructions are not very clear.

This extender is easy to install and maintain. The app makes it simple and helps you locate the best spot to put it

it did extend my wifi signal but we have too many devices in one house and it couldn't keep up. but it does work.

Seems to be good unit, no way you could set up with box instructions, Tech Support Must be Called, but they were very good.

Easy setup, simple user interface, can't beat for the price

first off, the box advertises that it has "Spot finder technology". After 2 hours on technical support discovered you have to buy the RE6700 to get this. Next I found that the 2 antennas were flimsy and kept falling off. Cisco has sold Linksys to Belkin so not the same quality or service. Buy another brand and save yourself some grief!

Worked well to extend my home network range in a trilevel home. Allowed for parental controls within Existing setup.

Does the job perfectly - now I have 100% signal in the other side of the house. There are many rooms and metal objects in between me and the previous wifi router, so with this range extender in the middle of the router and me, makes it PERFECT.

Keeps dropping the signal and needs to be rebooted until the point that I'm done with it...!!

Dual AC Adapter 5 hz wifi booster is impressive. Nothing can beat this product.

I love this little extender! It has clear up my wifi experience at home. Now I can download anywhere in my house. Before I purchased this item I was constantly losing the signal, now I have at least 20 mps everywhere. AWESOME DEVICE!!!

Problem was big, big house. The "smart box" with the router was really far from the guest bedroom - lots of masonry walls in between - no coverage at all - not even a dot. Linksys Extender working great! Great price and easy to install.

Actually this was getting my old range extender with my new WRT 32 router. Router great, but couldn't get RE 6500 range extender connected. Ended being extremely complex, but Linksys tech was the best ever!!!!
