I was looking for something higher end that would give more range. I got some more range, but not as much as expected. But the interface and other add ons are enough to please.

I ran a cat 6 from the router to my room and connected the wifi extender. Works perfectly via lan. However, it drops internet signal from time to time and I would have to restart/reboot the extender. What I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t light up if I don’t have signal. Next time I would probably get a better device with more lights (signals) and more ports.

The power light should blink amber if the extender cannot establish a connection or if it encounters a problem. Let’s have our Escalation Engineers look into this further so they can also investigate what’s causing the internet to drop. Good Wi-Fi Extender, can now get Internet anywhere
