Challenging setup, works great after

It locked up during the installation and nothing I did would get the device to work. I broke down and called customer service (which you only get free for 90 days after purchase, so if you have issues, call asap). The tech on the line was great. Didn't waste my time with a bunch of nonsense and got the device reset, functional and tested in under 30 minutes. Once it was configured, it has run flawlessly.
