Just not what I needed

Was looking for the best way to extend/boost wifi throughout my bigger 2-story house. Had a hard time getting it to connect to my current wifi network. Had to call Linksys customer support. Then, and only then, was I told that this router had to be within 30 feet of the base. AND, it only pushes 50% of the signal. *sigh* Just not what I need. Returned it.

Had to finally connect to router with the push to connect option. Not sure if it every did connect right, but seems to be working so far. Do like the size of unit and does have a good range seems like. Will see how it goes.

As a matter of fact, this one!!! If we are not at home, there is no way to reset the extender remotely and hence whatever security system is connected to the extender becomes useless and unresponsive
