Perfect for extending

Bought it for my in-laws because their Amped extender quit working. This one isn’t quite as strong as the Amped; but it covers the rest of their house nicely.

It works great and does improve! I had a laptop computer that would never receive connection wireless, bought this and now it connects and doesn't lose signal either wireless!! Love it! :)

I've tried so many methods and ways to extend range (dont get me wrong, it will do it) however, using software and tools watching how -dB drop between walls, etc, extender works only well in open spaces. Do consider whole home wifi coverage such as Google wifi, Luma, or Orbi, they might do a better job with coverage.

Physical obstructions and interferences could have affected the range extender's performance. It is recommended to place the unit midway between your router and the area without Wi-Fi. Also, be sure you have at least 50% of your router’s Wi-Fi signal at that point on the device you used for setup.
