Works great. Have in back bedroom, and increased son's download speeds

My network signal was so weak in the back of the house that no wireless devices could connect. I purchased the extender and plugged it in and it came up as a device on my network. Other than having to put in my security code no other configuration was needed. Awesome investment. Now I have a good signal at the back of the house as well.

I have my router in an upstairs bedroom so the WI-FI in the basement was very weak. I bought this range extener to increase the WI-FI signal in the basement and it did just that. Setting up the extender was a little frustrasting but not too bad overall. Recommended.

This product does exactly as promised. I've got a Linksys 6530 and it works seamlessly with it. The "spot finder" feature is extremely helpful and will assist you with finding just the right location for your extender. If you need one, do yourself a favor and spend the money on it. For the price, it's worth it.

Unfortunately the product did not solve the problem as we continue to have buffering issues. We probably have to invest in a more robust solution to get buffer free reception from my streaming device.. Bottom line, the advice that this product would solve the problem was incorrect.
