Needed an extension to my local wifi connection and this device works awesome. Easy to install

This is super easy to set up. Plus, having the extra outlet is a great bonus. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my in-laws. Overall, they love it. The throughput reduction is about what'd you'd expect for range extenders. If you need something like this, get this one.

We bought this extender because my son's room as at the other end of the house and his Wi-Fi signal was very weak. He got an Amazon Fire stick for his TV and because the signal was so weak he couldn't watch anything. It took no time to set up and now he has a strong signal. Works great.

It works in the dead zones that we had. But it doesn't switch automatically. So if you were on the reg. WiFi and you got in to a dead zone or fringed area you would have to log off and then log on to the Ext Acc that you had set up thru the unit. It was alright if you were using it on a stationary device like a TV or Desktop. But on a iPad or laptop that you used around the house it became a pain at times switching back and forth when you reached the end of a zone

This booster finally solved our problems of having wifi service throughout house. Very easy installation.

Needed to boost my Linksys router and this extender does a great job. Very easy setup, too.

Before I installed the extender I had some issues in certain areas. Now that I have the extender I can use my service anywhere in my home. It's nice to not worry about where I have to sit to get online.

It works great. The directions talk about only setting up a range extension if you modem is capable of sending in either or both 2.4 or 5Gz. My modem does both, but I couldn't get 5Gz to work. Well, duh! My laptop can't receive 5Gz, so it wasn't in the list of available wifi networks. Glad my wife found the 5Gz listed on her kindle. I was about to return this otherwise. I've since bought another for my daughter's network.

I really like this range extender. It was very easy to set up and it has performed great so far.

I installed this device to provide wifi coverage in the back yard of our house. It works well, provides coverage for Netflix and Spotify streaming as well as Youtube on the ipad. Setup instructions could be a bit more thorough, I found that entering the IP address of the device worked and setup could be accomplished easily. It has lost connection with my linksys router once in two months, unplugging and plugging the extender back in solved the problem.

We live in the country and Frontier does not provide good quality internet service. They had to move our modem to an outside wall in the stairwell because they could not get it to work anywhere else. This created problems with the wi-fi. I bought this unit to boost the signal and it helped but the TV still can't get reception where it is located so we will try to move it to a location with no walls between booster and TV and see if that helps.

This is a great product for those wishing to improve Wi Fi coverage in their home or office..

When it works it works well. We spend too much time resetting it. I finally put it in a drawer and haven’t used it for a long time.

I have trouble keeping this connected. I have not had a chance to really trouble shoot it. When it is connected it really does help.

This was simple to setup and worked perfectly. Like that it had the passthrough power outlet.

Now a days you use your smart phone for all your online needs, to get things done or your intertainment, but to do this at home you must have a strong signal all through the house and that's what the extender does for you. It takes alittle program savvy to set up and a somewhat decent wifi signal from your carrier but once it is set you should have no problems and a great connection for all your smart gadgets.
