Very fast on Cox cable-download 130mgh vs. /upload 13mghz-so it's fast. So so good. All routers in my house last about 1 year, and then turn into a turtle.

I use it in a large arena environment where connectivity is essential. Signal is always strong and there when I need it even with large crowds in the room!

It is MUCH better and not once has the connection dropped and it is significantly better than our original router.

I have a two-story house with a finished basement and I am able to leave the router on the top floor in my study and still get a strong signal in the basement. Highly recommend

Everything was a snap, and I able to add my VPN at the router level to cover the entire house. Even with VPN added, I'm still getting decent speeds.

Back half of house still gets 1 or 2 bars wifi, while rest of house gets 3 bars....better but not perfect. Pretty easy setup.

We're glad to know that your Wi-Fi coverage has improved using the router. Proper router placement is the key for you to achieve the optimal performance of the device. It would help if you place it in the center of your home away from walls and other obstructions.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the WRT1900ACS router a couple of months ago after spending hours doing the necessary research searching for a reliable and fast router that would support multiple devices without experiencing significant performance issues. After reading various reviews decided on the WRT-1900ACS (note the ACS at the end of the model number) given it's positive reputation. So far the router has been performing well without any issues. Had a former colleague recommend the AC version of the router a few months back, but decided on the ACS version due to improved specs in regards to power consumption as well as memory. Will stay with the basic Linksys firmware as long as there are no major issues with it going forward.
