This is the second Linksys router I have have had fail during the warrenty period. I bought the same router so all i had to do is plug it up use the same password and I was back in business. Linksys wanted me to troubleshoot the router by email which at the rate emails were moving back and forth would have taken days. I was involved in an important project and didn't have time to do that. I explained that to Linksys and they moved me to "tier two" support which would have had me send the unit from them, I never heard anything else from Linksys. At the writing of this review, it has been over a week. I don't think I'll buy another Linksys product.

We appreciate the time you spent in sharing this review. It’s best that you place the router in a central location. Tweaking the position of the antennas will also enhance its wireless range. For a single story house, both antennas should be pointing down while a multi-story house requires the second antenna to be positioned differently depending on where the extender is located and where the wireless coverage is needed.
