    App used to install router did not address my setup requirements. Did get problem solved using tech support after a lengthy time.Has been working well otherwise.

    I don't like the fact that you have to use a smart phone to set this router up. Not all people have smart phones. Other than that it's a nice router.

    Although easy to install, there are not any included directions of how to set up a guest wifi...going to have to go online and get the manual to figure out what to do.

    Good product, not difficult to set up, phone app is nice way to monitor and manage device. Drops connection more than my previous router did.

    We add 3 mesh pods with this router. It works great once everything was set up. Would've been 5 star, except the setup was terrible.
