The distance for this router is awesome have it in a warehouse and signal is more then enough for what we needed it for

It will work fine for a few days (2-3) then it will unexpectedly disconnect and I have to reboot/reconnect to my internet service provider. But, when it is connected it works great. Also disconnects when I try to connect any new device. Seriously thinking about returning it.

I just cut the cable and streaming it working great for all the electronic I use in this house

A little complicated to get it set up and connected but great once it's done but I'm not a techy so might just be me.

I already had a Velop setup thru the house, but wanted a true router at the center of the mesh. Our drop for the internet is in the middle of the house under the kitchen cabinets. The Velop sit tall enough that they are easily visible above the cabinets. This router will sit much flatter than the tower form of the Velop. Initially I set it up as a stand alone to verify the range of the router. It was exceptional. I almost had coverage over the entire 3,000 square feet I am trying to cover. After getting it configured and run thru the paces to make sure I wanted to replace the main node of my network, I decided to add the nodes I have around the house. With the excellent range, even my furthest node had no issue connecting to the router and showed as "Perfect" and in range from the App setup. Setup was a breeze. The initial config from the app had no problem identifying the router and configuring. One thing that was a little vague was needing to connect to the default wireless to finish configuration. After configuring the router I just added a node to the network for each node I have. I had to reset the nodes holding the red button for about 10-15 seconds while it factory reset. As soon as it went to purple I was able to go through the setup. It takes about 3-8 minutes per node configuration, not sure why some took longer, but I did notice at least one node did a firmware update during the config. Just to make sure I am clear, you can not just replace the main node, you have to reset each child node. There is no way to replace the Parent Node without resetting and configuring all the children. A really simple process. Much improved over the first time I set up the Velop mesh. If you are on the fence about going mesh, this router is great even without the mesh nodes attached. I would recommend if you are contemplating mesh and don't want to just dive in all at one time. This is the router to start with.

We had to buy a new router. Our internet provider said to get this one, works great.

Replaced an old router. The AC2200 gave me full speed WiFi. Never got that from the old router.

it works good I had a netgear nighthawk 1900 and had to get a new router cause the 1900 keep not working wright
