It has to be replaced about every 15 months at $100 per pop. The Best Buy rep told me the modem doesn't go bad but the wifi antennas burn out. So I bought the router, plugged it in to my AT&T modem/router, turned off the wifi portion and it is working great.

I needed to travel to the store to accomplish this but everything was handled by your staff smoothly. No complaints. I have and will continue to shop at Best Buy.

Needless to say, the router supports everything excellently! Very happy with this model.

Works, but has weak wifi signal

Set up was pretty easy, but I'm not a fan of the speeds it's giving me. Our old Linksys dual-band router was giving me 100+Mbps on a wifi connection, but now I'm getting 70 at best. (and yes, everything is 100% the same, except for replacing the router) The app says I'm connected to the 5GHz band, but it's a weaker signal than the 5GHz band on our previous 4+ year old, senile, and dying Linksys router. Feels like this new one was designed to make you by the wifi booster nodes.

Easy to install and set-up

Installed in under 5 minutes. Followed the easy to read instructions and worked the first time. Also installed the app on my iPhone for remote monitoring.
