I bought this modem and two mesh extensions hoping to create a solid system. Unfortunately this router turned into a disappointment as it randomly drops the single for 4-5 minutes 5-6 times a day.

At first the 2.4Ghz went and now my 5Ghz is failing. There are times even the ethernet is poor. It's like the connection is there but not all the time. Almost like it's cycling or something. When i do a speed test, no issues. So it's not being throttled. I don't know what it is but I will be buying a netgear nighthawk now.

In order to get email on my smart phone I need to open my email app and then switch between the two bands to receive my email. While using other apps the WiFi cuts out and you first think the app is the problem. Where is my WiFi?

I thought it was sweet then tuned sour
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not being able to use the usb port kills it for me and then customer service doesnt make it any better. This being a new router should not need a firmware update for the usb 3.0 port to work would have been the perfect replacement if that was working but no firmware updates since 10 2018 so i guess they dont care they just care about the mesh system more. i am returning this crap today.
