This was one of the less expensive tri-band routers I could find, so I went with it. It replaces an older but very reliable Linksys unit. I have not had it that long so it may be a little premature to rate it, but so far it seems like a good upgrade. I has good range and seems to handle the traffic well, even with over twenty devices connected. Most of the time the throughput on the wireless side is almost the same as on a computer directly connected to it with ethernet!

Seems like a pretty good router overall. Reaches my 2300 sq ft house upstairs and down. I like the Linksys app as well to manage everything. User friendly.

Replaces a router that lasted a year. Was easy to set up. We have not had any problems with coverage or lagging for gaming

Better than my last one range reaches out farther to the bedrooms speed seems a little faster

Fast router. Very easy to install and get running. Much easier than Netgear.

Got this router to replace my other router I use in my classroom. Our school router struggles with multiple devices due to where it is located and the amount of metal and other material around it that tampers with it's signal. I installed this in my classroom through the Ethernet port, and it works exceptionally well. Setting it up through the app was seamless.

Works really well with the devices in the house which are a xbox, Sony 900F, Samsung phones on WiFi. The house is a small 2 story with the xbox on the second level and haven't heard any complaints about signal strength being weak or slow. Router is on the main floor center of living area by the outer wall if this of help to anyone. Maintains a good signal in the garage and basement as well as outside when using WiFi on the phone. Used this to replace a Linksys EA3200 that was starting to have problems. Hopefully it will continue to work well for a few years.

My old router was giving out. Had to reset it every few hours. I was reluctant to buy a new one because I knew I would have to install it. While I am pretty proficient for a senior citizen, I was concerned about the installation. First, it was mailed quickly and It came with clear instructions & the necessary cable. It was simple to install and it works great & reaches all my equipment with a strong signal. It was a good purchase and I recommend it.

I was having trouble with a new computer, not looking for a new WiFi. A Geek Squad member suggested my problem might stem from an over-loaded router that lacked the up-to-date capacity of newer equipment. He gave me three names to try and I chose the Linksys AC2200. The rest is history. I love the app on my phone and the WiFi has never run as smoothly. Our streaming television is smoother, as well. That one computer problem helped me resolve multiple issues!

I first set up 2 Velop AC1200 mesh routers. I thought using one as a main router was a bit under powered. I decided to get this as the man in router and the 2 Velops as mesh points. There was no way to replace the main router node (parent) so I had to reset all of them. This is now my parent node and the 2 velops are the children. So far I am happy with the preference. I why there was a way to do some more customizing And a way to replace nodes. This is why I give it 4 stars. I now get the full speed of my internet connection throughout my entire apartment.

This unit is 2 years old now and just gave up the ghost. All in all not bad

This was a upgrade from a old one I had for years. It was easy to set up only a few minutes with good instructions and app. It worked great just wasn’t strong enough to run all my devices. I returned it and been checking out stronger routers. Best Buy was great with having a lot of options and the return process.

Using it with Spectrum. It's much better than the one they provided! So far, so good. Easy setup and reliable.
