Excellent coverage in multi floor home easy setup with cellphone

Got new service and picked up this router, man what a difference in speed and coverage area. Went from single digits to up in the 80’s at times. Average right now is probably 35-40. I am loving it, the kiddos can play their games and stream and my WiFi don’t skip a beat!! (: RB

I have used Linksys routers in the past and when it came time to update my old unit, I replaced it with this one. Setup was simple and it works well. The range on it seems pretty good for an old 2 story house as well.

Just installed so not sure how good it will work, but very easy to install. App was easy to find as well. So far great reception for each phone and laptop. It was highly recommended by a store employee who had 4 kids and multiple gaming systems.

Pretty good product. Set-up is only through the Linksys app on a smart phone. That itself wasn't a problem, but it was a little finicky getting the router recognized and up and going. I've since added a couple of Linksys Velop nodes, and everything is running smoothly. Pretty good, grab it on sale if you can.

Very powerful wifi. Work 10x better than any AT&T wifi router. You can use two wifi routers if you know how to configure everything right. Using two devices can free up wifi congestion if you use a lot of smart devices like lights, locks and echo products.

I bought this to replace a worn out Linksys router. Bought it so that i could add more Velop mesh pods to it to expand the strength throughout my home. Easy set up. Great streaming speeds and no more buffering. I would highly recommend. Used Bestbuy rewards and sale price to get a good deal.

I tried a slightly less expensive Linksys router to repace a failing one which didn't keep our phones connected to the internet. I returned that one and bought this one on the recommendation of a linksys technician, This router has worked perfectly. It was also easier to install.

After trying several other routers and being disappointed in them, I selected this router and have not been disappointed! Setup was extremely easy and it hasn’t gone down since. I am a heavy internet user with multiple smart devices, working from home, and streaming 4K content and this handles it all!

This router was easy to set up and has excellent coverage. I was easily able to add velop nodes to this router to have full coverage in my home. My only criticism is the setup interface on phone and web. Neither one is comprehensive and the information on how to configure the modem on the Linksys website is different than what you see in reality.

Upgraded my AC1900 due to an unexpected couch move vs. router power cable where the couch won… no, dominated and ripped both prongs from the wall plug leaving them dangling vicariously from my wall plug… good times.

I wanted to upgrade to a mesh wi-fi system but had several items on my network connected via Ethernet, so needed more of a traditional router. This fit the bill and works great. Paired it with a Velop plug-in and have better wi-fi around my house than I’ve had with any other set-up.

When my old router kept cycling, I figured it was time to get an update. This router was very easy to set up and connects to my devices quite easily. I am really happy with this router. The hardest part was getting the screw holes right to hang on the wall.

We have tried numerous WiFi mesh systems only to go back to a single point router. The beauty of this system is that it will allow you to connect up additional Linksys mesh routers (if you desire). Bottom line is that the AC2200 router in itself has great coverage, and works well.

Nice upgrade to the basic router that came with my internet service. Now I have great coverage throughout my house. It is centrally located and covers all 5 bedrooms. The mesh wifi is also a great feature. Now it can move between multiple servers without degrading service.

I had to replace a 18 month old Netgear that dropped connections 3-4 times a day.... I thought it was a modem issue. Contacted the cable co and they said "not us"...replace the router. One month in and we have have never dropped a connection or needed to reboot. Love the LINKY.

Some what simple to install. Range for the unit is fine.

The Linksys-AC2200 Tri-Band Mesh WiFi2 Router is functioning as it should. No problems. I can't speak to the ease of setting it up as my internet provider did that but they are also the ones who recommended this product. I'm satisfied with the way it works.

If you have ATT service you probably need this. I switched to Comcast gig speed and there is WIFI coverage everywhere. No need for this anymore. It would actually slow me down with my new service and make some features unavailable. Overall a good product it just depends on your service.

I have some issues with my previous router because I currently live in a townhouse and the signal wasn't getting to the bedrooms. I saw a great offer and good reviews for this router so I decided to purchase. Is easy to install and with the app you can control and any issues you have.
