I bought a Netgear first and it would not set up because of a glitch in the device. The Nextgear rep then wanted me to pay 140 for them to help me set it up and it was a NEW ROUTER and a netgear problem. I returned it and bought a Linksys and omg the difference in customer service was night and day. The lady who helped me set it up was fabulous and it was seamless and she made sure all my devices were set up and working and there was NO demand for payment. AVOID netgear and BUY LINKSYS.
