Phone app was confusing. Found the router had to be mounted higher than expected to get useable speed . Probably would not buy again.

Although it has been wonky at times, it works. I like the firewall feature and works well with the two nodes for great WIFI coverage.

However, I did have to call the Linksys as I had difficulty setting it up. The phone technician was extremely helpful and I am a very satisfied customer.

The Linksys software and set up is awful. Why force me to use an app to set it up?

The app and internet access also work well. The house coverage is as expected and the throughput is great. No problems.

Comcast need to work on its system so when I incorporate a newer router in a way that the internet speed really works smoothly at my home.

We appreciate your review. This usually happens when there are a lot of devices connected to a single band all at the same time. Changing the 2.4 band's wireless channels can help minimize the traffic, the recommended channels are 1, 6, or 11. You may reboot the system after that and observe its performance. If the issue persists, email us at LinksysCares@linksys.com with your contact details, make/model of the affected devices, and the link to your review for reference. We'll have our 2nd Level Engineers investigate this further instead.

Also, technical support was great while helping me with some problems with setup.
