But a big disappointment is that the USB port is useless until a "future" firmware upgrade comes along. I hope that happens soon, because I use an external hard drive as a music server. I have other options for that, but I really wanted to connect an external hard drive like I had with my previous Netgear router. I don't recommend this until the USB port is functional.

I hoped that spending this amount of money would solve some of my issues, but not so much. Wi-fi has fallen pretty far behind from a speed perspective, my fiber connection is 1GB, but wi-fi is still stuck on 802.11 throughput. You're not going to gain any noticeable performance improvement if you spend this much on a router, they all do the same thing so just buy something cheap and save your money!

I’m used to being able to go online to 192.168.1.1.... or similar to adjust. Will not let me do so. Otherwise good product.
