So we decided to pick up this Linksys extender and it works beautifully no more buffering. We decided to pay a little more for this Linksys extender because I have bought this brand before for my sons gaming system and ever since I don’t hear him complaining lol

Our Linksys RE6300 can cover up to 6,500 sq ft. However, you may need to consider obstructions and wireless interference, as well as the area that you to get covered. You may try using the Spot Finder feature to help you ensure your Linksys RE6300 is in the right spot. It didn't seem to get enough of a connection in areas where I currently get reception to actually extend my area of reception. Also you need to choose it when you select your WIFI option and in any particular location it is difficult to tell which Wifi option has the stronger connection.
