I had purchased a very basic note book for my wife at the Janesville WI store. It was completely useless to her. Evan took the time to really find and understand her "basic" needs and set her up with a Laptop that met ALL of her needs. I understand this is a review about a net extender I bought in AZ but Evan is THE REASON we buy from Best Buy. SO Glad we were able to get his help.

The range extender works best if placed between the main router and where you want to extend the Wi-Fi signal. The Linksys RE6300 WiFi Extender is compatible with any router. You can try to hardwire the extender directly to the router and perform a set-up through a wired connection.
