For you to fully maximize the RE6300's full potential, it would help if you place it where it's getting at least 50% of your router’s Wi-Fi signal and is located midway between your router and the area without Wi-Fi. Also, you can use the Spot Finder feature during setup to help you ensure that the range extender is in the right spot.
