Had to call for support but a very kind person walked me through the process. Did not mention that I might have to reset if we have a power failure ... which we did. Once set up and working, did the job fine.

My son and I had a trouble setting this range extender up. We called their customer service, who answered pretty quickly. The customer service representative was knowledgeable about the product and patiently stepped us through a manual setup process. He was very helpful and considerate. Once it was setup it works great! I can easily stream video content in my living room.
