it works great to boost the the internet signals works

Took awhile to get it up and running but once I got it configured it works perfectly for what I need it to do. The key is to set it up as close to the main wi-fi modem and afterwards move it to the desired location. I was getting a very weak signal in my garage since it is so far away from the modem and now I'm able to stream with no problems to my smart TV. Would of given 5 stars but the setup was a little cumbersome.

Setup can be repetitive, however should be easy. Not all items will locate it …… still trying to find it with my Roku

Really easy set up, but it doesn't seem to work well. Bought it because the signal in my room was weak and I was getting kicked out of meetings. After installation, the wifi does not disconnect as often but I still get kicked out of Zoom calls or have laggy connection at least once every 2 meetings. Definitely a slight improvement, but still overall very disappointing.

Needed extra coverage in my home and this Wi-Fi extender worked great. Easy to use and install.

I’m giving this device a second chance. I bought one a year ago and it suddenly stopped working. Let’s see if I have better luck with the second one!

When it managed to connect, it was great. The range improved all the way to the house driveway (I only wanted it for the second floor and it did amazing). It was easy to set up. However, the problem was, it only connected some of the time and would lose connection often with no rhyme or reason. I eventually took it back because it was so unreliable.

I purchased this item because I needed a wired port in an area that wasn’t convenient to run wire. It worked great as a wireless link to get me an Ethernet port where I needed it. Setup was reasonably easy. I gave it 4 stars because when I tried to use it as a wireless access point, the signal strength from it was half what I was getting from my main router on the other end of my house.

Way better than we expected for the price! Was having horrible results with our wifi and this fixed our problems. We have a smart tv, 3 laptops, 4 cell phones, and 3 X boxes and now it all connects-

setup was really easy, worked great, I now have a solid wifi connection on the other side of my house where the original wifi couldn't reach.

Whats perfectly. Need it to work between a thick conderblock wall and it works wonderfully.

Works great except that I had to call Linksys customer support to have them assist me with connecting it.

It's easy to install but not always effective. Occasional glitches.

The extender is perfectly effective. It gives us range and its performance is surprisingly great. It took a few locations in the home to get it just the way we wanted it to work. And the instructions were a tad bit confusing, but we took exhaled and extended our brain and lo and behold----Boost Extended!!! We are really satisfied with our purchase. The price was good and inexpensive for the results of the service performance.

Inexpensive quick setup and actually works. Gave to mother-in-law for living room tv. Speed is noticably better and she likes it.

Great product. This extension helped boost my wifi. My security cameras are always online now. My internet appears to have sped up immensely. But the best is my security cameras. The backyard camera was always offline intermittently. Now it is always connected with no issues.

It allows my items upstairs receive a much better reception. The internet works faster and a now I receive the best performance ever.

I got this wifi booster for a smart tv that’s just a little too far from modem/router to get a good signal. Installation went well but for some reason (maybe the “little too far” isn’t far enough?) the tv keeps switching to the main house signal. It’s a pain to have to go into tv settings to get it on the extension’s signal every time you want to watch something. But when it’s on the extension’s signal, it works well.

Due to the old style of my building and the separate electric circuits running, getting a stronger WiFi signal to my home office was becoming difficult. I was lead to the Linksys - AC750 Boost Range Extender (that includes an ethernet port) as an option to get better coverage in my house. The unit easily installed, allows me to hard wire a troublesome device directly (albeit an extended WiFi signal) and does boost the coverage to the other devices near my office. Great for the price!
