However, I experience slow speeds in the dead zone areas of my home. Sometimes when I’m on the internet, I just receive the spinning circle. My coworker suggested to buy a new router as well to help with the speed issue. Haven’t purchased the router yet, I just deal with the circling.

There are several factors that could affect the speed of the range extender, especially on the dead zones. Aside from the speed coming from the router, wireless interference, distance, and physical obstructions are a few of them as well. Utilizing the Spot Finder Technology as well as keeping the device running on the latest firmware will help. Booster didn't work but internet problem

We have frequent internet problems, which could be the reason this booster didn't work for me.

Vastly Improved Connection

I was having incredibly slow loading speeds working from home and this resolved that issue. I'll be purchasing another one to put on the other end of my home that has spotty connectivity.
