It loses connection and has to reconnect at least once every 30 minutes while playing games causing you to lag out of matches and it’s frustrating.

As a workaround, let us make sure that the Range Extender is running on its latest firmware version to optimize its performance. Make sure as well that it is properly situated where it is getting a good signal from the router.

It did not so I returned it.

Ill tell you the truth, once i set up this device, the other room which is located at the corner of my condo, i saw the big difference. I got wifi connection through that room and to my whole house. Now, my daughter, who occupies that corner room is already happy. She dont bother us now to do her computer homework in our master bedroom. Im so happy with my purchased.
