It is a bit difficult to set up and once it is disconnected, it has to be set up again as if it was your first time. I has gotten a bit annoying. Once connected, it is not that great at providing adequate quality.

Support was very helpful but it took an hour on the phone and a firmware update to get things going, as it was an unusual issue. The unit has been working well for a few weeks. Features and physical design of the product are good.

I have been working from home and I was looking for something easy to use and set up. It was a little difficult for me to figure out, but eventually I did. It is okay, but affordable.
