It was quickly set up and is doing the job that was needed of boosting the signal to his computer. It may not solve everyone's problem but it solved his.

But, then upon a power outage it failed to reconnect to the main WiFi until I went and physically reset it into the plug. It's got a great locator but seems that once it fails to connect it sleeps. So once a month I have to take a walk.

I was just trying to get better wifi in the master bedroom, router is in the living room other end of house. The extender connected but the "through put" was so slow I still couldn't load websites with heavy pictures. It extended but with slow or low bandwidth. I returned it.

I tried connecting as an extender as well as its own access point by ethernet. It was flakey as an extender and a hassle as a separate access point. Go with a mesh system instead!
