Returned Device Wouldn’t connect

Did all I could to get it to connect. The salesperson who was helping me when I was searching for the device left me after he could not get me to buy what he was trying to push off on me to which was a more expensive unit than what I needed . Customer service needs to get it together.

We can now say our entire two-story home has complete connectivity to our internet. We get great speeds. The extender was easy to setup. Great value and product.
