Returned Device Wouldn’t connect

Did all I could to get it to connect. The salesperson who was helping me when I was searching for the device left me after he could not get me to buy what he was trying to push off on me to which was a more expensive unit than what I needed . Customer service needs to get it together.

Constantly drops connection

I've followed all of the troubleshooting steps (upgraded firmware, different locations, etc) and nothing works. I even plugged it into the same outlet as my router and connected to from within the same room; still drops every 5-10 minutes. I tried calling Linksys for help and they insisted on gathering my personal information before providing any help. When I balked, they hung up on me. Don't waste your money or your time!!
