Initially I was thinking it might be an issue with my internet but later identified that it’s the extender that’s causing the outage.

I still have spotting coverage upstairs in what is not a large house. I'm going to keep it for now.

It was not an easy set up. I had to call tech support to help and eventually the tech had me to plug the device into my router. Did not connect via wireless. Now the device works well

Router is in the basement. Went through the setup without success. Contacted customer service, which helped me eventually get connected but quickly lost the extension and often lost all of my WiFi on several occasions. Light on the device is yellow/ amber at best despite moving the device to several different locations. I will attempt to contact customer service again but am not optimistic that a solution will be reached

It helped a little bit but not as much as we wanted it to.
