Really did not extend the range at all

Didn't improve anything. Waste of money.

It could be that the extender was not in a proper location. It should be placed halfway between the router and the area you want to cover. Updating the firmware might also help. The RE6300 is designed to extend your coverage to get a better connection especially in areas where Wi-Fi is non-existent. But, the internet speed still depends on how much the extender gets from the router. That’s why proper placement is an important factor. Make sure that the device still gets an optimum connection, so it can also perform well. The antenna positioning may also help.

I bought this for my child since he always complained he was not getting internet in his game room . It was still spotty . Not a full Coverage . It was ok for the price .

We ran a D-Link camera in the Barn to watch our horses. The linksys AC750 boost ranger made a huge streaming quality of the picture when everything else we tried failed. This is a must if you need a range extender.

When I intially bought the roku for the TV it said that I had a weak signal. After installing the signal the problem went away and I haven't had any problems streaming tv and movies.
