Really did not extend the range at all

Didn't improve anything. Waste of money.

It could be that the extender was not in a proper location. It should be placed halfway between the router and the area you want to cover. Updating the firmware might also help. Unable to boost the signal I needed

I tried to boost a signal into my basement that is cinder block. I was not able to boost the signal.

But after the easy setup and reliable Ethernet connection- my ping has sunk to 20-30. Definitely recommend- could even be an alternative to running an Ethernet chord all through your house.

When I intially bought the roku for the TV it said that I had a weak signal. After installing the signal the problem went away and I haven't had any problems streaming tv and movies.

Works Great

Installed this on the 2nd floor and it solved the problem. It maintains a solid signal strength with good connection speeds (similar speed tests to the primary router). I'd recommend this product.

We ran a D-Link camera in the Barn to watch our horses. The linksys AC750 boost ranger made a huge streaming quality of the picture when everything else we tried failed. This is a must if you need a range extender.
