Bought this so we wouldnt get disconnected from the wifi. Works great. Once in awhile it does dosconnect, but only for a moment.

It has boosted wifi connectivity and speed to the second level of the house. My wife can now use her chrome- cast without loosing connectivity for the TV in the laundry room

We appreciate your review. The Linksys RE6300 can boost at least half of the router's bandwidth. It's best to place it in between the router and the device(s) that are not in range. For the price, it works well. Next time I will invest in a mesh instead of an extender.

Great booster!

The initial setup, close to router the device picked up the signal without any issues. After moving the device to a location 20 feet from the router, the signal couldn't be detected. I also tried to connect from another location upstairs in the room above the router and the signal couldn't be detected there either. I returned the device. It did not work for me, but it might work for others.
