He was always experiencing lag and was frustrated. Went with the Best Buy employees recommendation. It has been awesome. We can even stream movies in the living room again. Highly recommended.

It would not connect so I returned it. Not sure if there might be something wrong with the Boost Range Extender or not, but suggest the manufacture include the compatibility capabilities with the instructions to ensure customers do not buy their product if it is not universal or at least list the systems it is not compatible with.

The Linksys RE6300 can extend the WiFi range up to 6,500 sq. ft. You may try to update the firmware or relocate the extender following the spot finder feature since the extender might be placed too far from an existing router.

Decent Wi-Fi Extender

Prior to purchasing this unit I would lose my internet connection in certain rooms. Now I have good internet coverage throughout the house. This is a great product in my mind.
