It was cumbersome to get to function. Also was not the true solution needed to address the issues we were having in the office.

I bought this to extend my wireless router the signal was about the same as it was before. Setup wasn't that easy but that is because the way my network works.

We were experiencing an inconsistant wi fi signal in the upstairs of hour home. The booster totally solved the problem!

Do not purchase this item , does not work , i thought it was me ,but after my third device purchased i realize it is junk, difficult to initiate , keeps loosing connection with network , when it does work it doesn't improve range, contual reseting .

Weak signal and difficult to set up. Signal drops and when it does work the upload/download speeds are poor at best.

Not the best. And messes with our internet. Not sure that I’d recommend this. But maybe it’s just our point of view.

I love this device I was having trouble having reception in my room little bit far away from my router home internet and this device solve the problem. Amazing

I was trying to extend the range of a cellular hot spot. This gave me lots of trouble and never fully worked to my satisfaction. Ended up returning it.

I wanted to extend the wifi network in my house to my cabin next door. The router in the main house is an older 2.4GHz Linksys router. I was able to install the range extender in the cabin and now have wifi throughout the cabin.

This WiFi extended was exactly what I needed to extend the signal for my iPhone. I now have reach to the outside of my house where as before I couldn’t leave the room where the router was.

The problem with this is that it ends up being a separate wifi in your home, So your device will choose which wifi it needs to be on.

This one doesn’t have a signal! Need to get a new one!

Rather difficult to pair with existing router. Took several attempts.

The purpose of an extender is to allow devices in the remote area of the room are also able to access. But one more to be aware of: should not create troubles for devices within the range. This device consumes too much bandwidth even when remote devices have no activities. The price is too much when compared against other products similar. Should have believed some of the negative comments/reviews.

I bought two of these to extend the coverage of my now gigabyte service. i did everything i was told to do to connect them. once connected i moved the extender 30ft away from the router and the laptop that needed service was maybe 20ft from the extender and the download speed was 2.28. I checked my phone standing next to the extender to check the speed direct from the routers. the download speed was over 500. so i assumed i was doing something wrong, maybe i hooked up something wrong so I called Cust Support, they kept me on the phone for almost an hour, did not so anything short of reading the instructions i had with me and then told me to call verizon to change channels to fix it. if this didn't work on the same level of the house how would it work downstairs. Poor Cust Service. i will be returning these ASAP.

Living in a 2 story, there are reception problems that can be much better resolution than without this item,

I wanted a WiFi extender to use Off Grid with my computer to shoot CAT 5 data from main computer WiFi to the garage from my computer #2. I have no router, told them that when I bought it, and they said it would work. NOT true, a router is needed. I was able to return it though for a store credit, that was cool of them to take it back.

I was hoping that this Wifi extender would basically do what it advertised it was going to but the signal didn't change much.

I wish i knew this sooner than later, it works but i believe it just depends the location and the internet
