It is quite unusual for the extender to stop working in just three weeks. Were there any changes made to the network recently? If none, relocating the extender closer to the router might help to get an optimum connection. Sometimes, rebooting the devices does wonders as well.

We suggest that you use the Spot Finder Technology. This feature determines the signal strength between your range extender and your router. Relocating the extender might do wonders. You can place it in between the router and the area you’d like to cover. Overall it works good. Sometimes the phone jumps off the extended wifi but its a matter of reconnecting.

The Linksys RE6300 WiFi Extender should be able to extend the WiFi coverage up to 6,500 Sq. Ft. for isolation, you may try to relocate the extender closer to the router as it might be too far to extend the WiFi.
