The Linksys RE6300 range extender should extend your WiFi coverage up to 6,500 sq ft. You can try to update the firmware for isolation and relocate the extender as it might be too far from the router to extend the WiFi. Aside from ensuring a stable connection from the source, you have to make sure that it is placed in between the router and the device(s) that are out of range. The spot finder feature can help you with that.
