It worked great for a week or two. Now, it’s never “green” and devices sometimes seem to take longer to connect than they did before I started using it. Streaming is now pretty sketchy as well. I’m disappointed...may need to return and try another option.

The Linksys RE6300 WiFi Extender can extend your WiFi up to 6,500 Sq. Ft. You can try to relocate the extender using the Spot Finder to help ensure your Linksys range extender is in the right spot, and make sure to update the extenders firmware for isolation.

Problem is, once it has been properly connected, it takes three to four times to get to its settings. It will continually tell you it isn't properly set up, but if you run a wi-fi analyzer, you'll see it is broadcasting. What I finally did was get rid of its "_.ext" extension and instead let it broadcast as my wifi name without the extension. Now it works fine.
