This caused my internet to slow down despite increasing my bandwidth. I purchased the boost range extender to see if that would help and it has. I now has blazing internet across all my products in my home and setup was quick and simple.

I have 2 gamers in the house, its a smart house and we stream TV as well as work from home and have zero issues with connectivity.

We anted to be able to use Roku in the back yard and this was the right item to buy. We placed it near the wall closest to the backyard and set up was easy. The signal strength is good and allows us to view or favorite movies and shows while sitting outside.

Unless you assign a static IP address, the address keeps changing for whatever reason. So when you go to login to its settings you need to double check the IP, otherwise you can't connect.

I decided to start with this much less expensive option to see it it worked first - it does! All I needed was a WiFi signal to reach to my she-shed which is attached to the garage. This works perfectly for my needs and it was super easy to set up too!

Bought for a work shop

It is about 60ft from the house and so far I have been able to put the Linksys in the kitchen window to get the signal into the shop. The best signal in the shop is through the window facing the house, the signal has some trouble with the steel walls as I lose it when I get to a corner but I was expecting that may be an issue. I am using a Chromecast for the TV which is in a corner so I had to move the Chromecast puck closer to a window with a longer HDMI cable. Worse comes to worse I will run a ethernet cable from the house and move the Linksys out to the shop and use it as a access point. Overall I am satisfied, the set up was very easy as I went straight to the online set up and there you can make sure you are at the optimum range from the router.

The Linksys RE6300 can be set up in two modes: Wired Range Extender Access Point mode (requires an ethernet cable connected to your existing network) and Wireless Range Extender mode. Great product! Works great with extending internet

It has given upstairs bedroom access to the internet (daughter loves gaming). We had issues with connection before getting it - now no issues! Works great with Xfinity internet. Home is 1600 sq ft two level.

It really boosted the signal through the whole house. The router is in 2 rooms over from my bedroom I had to leave the doors open to get just enough signal to stream. Not anymore thanks to Linksys. Great product for the price.
