EVEN THO THEIR COMPANY TECH SPENT 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH ME INCLUDING REMOTE SERVICE, IT DID NOT DO THE JOB. I MAY HAVE TO GET A STRONGER PRIMARY UNIT.

You have to switch to the extender-network for it to work in area that has a weak signal. Thought it would just extend my network, which is not the case. Been a Linksys person for over 25 years. Ended up buying a google nest wifi system instead that works great, although that's a tad bit expensive
