A very disappointed customer.

Even though it said connected it still didn't work, so I wired it and I kept on losing my internet connection and wasn't able to stream anything, so I finally had to disconnect it to get a internet connection. I had it in the same room as my TV and computer.

It constantly says I'm connected but no internet, then after few minutes I have internet, then I don't have internet, then I do. It's ok for a day or 2 then no internet at all. If you need an extender for a different floor of your home , do not choose this garbage.

I had trouble getting connected to my router at first but then it worked for a little while. Now I can't get a connection to it in the location that I wanted to extend Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi extender said it was in a good location. I am returning it back to the store.

The Linksys RE6300 range extender should be able to extend the WiFi coverage up to 6,500 sq. ft. You can try to update the firmware and relocate the extender using the Spot Finder Technology as the extender might be placed too far from the existing router.

Waste of time and money

That's unacceptable and continues to show why Linksys has a Net Promoter score over double digits below Google Wifi. Do not recommend if you rely on this as it likes to ignore your settings and reset itself without warning.

It won't even perform factory reset anymore. Green light stays on. It will not cycle through network connection or reset. Just now seeing it is a common problem online. What a waste.
