If you're trying to reset the Linksys RE6300 to its factory default, make sure to press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds, and wait until the LED start to blinking green/yellow. Obstructions such as thick walls may cause a connection problem to your network. Make sure to place the Linksys RE6300 midway between your router and the area without Wi-Fi. To fully maximize the extender, place it in between router and the area you want to cover, so long as it still gets at least 3 WiFi bars from the router. Hooking up the RE6300 Extender is a breeze if you just positioned it at least 50% from your Wi-Fi signal and the basic system requirements are met. This is something we'd want to look into further as the extender should have provided you with excellent extended WiFi coverage. Make sure that the unit is placed in a spot where it still gets half of the signal from your router. Also, tweaking with the settings could maximize its efficiency. Doesn't Work

After another hour of completing what was told of me online, I still could not connect the device. I would not recommend this at all. I should of spent the extra $20 to get a brand I know works.

Intermittent Connection
