    Finally had our internet service provider out to confirm the device is barely extending our signal at all. Our internet service provider provided us with a different extender/booster and now we are stuck with this defective product past the 30 day return window.

    Worked very poorly for me. I returned it after getting it set up correctly and having it work one day. Then the next day it disconnected and I tried everything to connect it again and it would not. So I took it back to the store.

    It was very difficult to install with both bands and could not detect signal despite being right next to router. I returned it as I was trying to use it to extend signs down video calls during COVID.

    does nothing !!! a complete ripoff,, what the AC 750 did was stop me from buying any other booster, now i dont trust any of them. o yea it looks good plugged in,, thats all its good for unless you need a door stop

    Piece of junk. Barely works. Maxing out at 8Mbps today. I get a stronger signal from the router than I do this extender. And thanks to Best Buy's ridiculous 15-day return policy, I can't even return it for a better a product. Don't waste your money.

    Got the extender to connect and create an extended wi-fi setting, but would not finish connecting to my devices or connect to the internet. Even after almost an hour on the phone with tech support, they couldn't figure it out either. Returned the next day.

    Garbage. My home is very small with an open floor plan. This extender won't even extend a signal 20 feet consistently without dropping its connection. Save yourself the hassle and avoid buying this trash.
