Thank you for the feedback. A wireless range extender captures and re-broadcasts the existing WiFi signal from your wireless router, so WiFi signal stability is critical. The most common issue with range extenders is proper placement; ideally, it should be between the WiFi source and the location where you want improved wireless coverage. It should be properly configured and have the most recent firmware.

Didn’t work for my application

We highly recommend to place the extender in between the area without wireless connection and your router. Also, it should get at least fifty percent of the connection from the router.
