Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is possible that physical interference is the reason why the range extender cannot connect to the main network. It is recommended that you place the range extender where it has a direct line of sight to the main router.

Try to relocate the Linksys RE6300 near to the router and observe if the same issue appears. Thus, it is recommended to place the Linksys RE6300 in between the area you wish to extend and the router, and make sure that it gets enough connection from the router. Horrible range

No signal

This is an unusual behavior for the range extender. It is possible that the firmware is outdated. We suggest that you update the firmware of the device, then reset and configure the range extender again.
Also, make sure that the range extender is not too far from the main router.

Unable to connect to WiFi
