It is possible that the range extender just needs to be relocated. Try utilizing the Spot Finder Technology and make sure to update the firmware. The RE6300 range extender would have extended your WiFi signal and worked straight out of the box. Make sure that the unit is getting at least 50% of the router's coverage and that it's running on the latest firmware. For more assistance, you can email us at [email protected].
