Nothing beats this product especially for its price. It just works great throughout my house

As soon as we hook this extender up we were able to sit outside and enjoy the wifi. I love and would recommend to anyone.

My brother got one for his house for the upstair rooms and it works great.

We had a dead spot in our sunroom. This took care of it and then some.

This range extender is good, but sometimes the signal is lost for a brief secs, I don't know if it's normal or what.

This thing was a total waste of money. All it does is blink green. Will not even reset. I've held the reset button for minutes at a time to no avail. Also, none of the troubleshooting on Linksys websites even address the issue.

With everyone in our house now working or schooling remotely we needed a "boost" to our wifi range. I bought this thinking I could connect it and have the extension we needed in other areas of the house. I set it up and seemed to have a good connection with a green light and all, but when I moved the extender I didn't get a strong connection and a yellow light designation on the extender, so I still continue getting knocked off my wifi. This, apparently, is not the solution I need. Very frustrating considering we have a LinkSys router, too.

My bedroom is pretty far from the router. I’m always having trouble turning my hue lights on and off and streaming stuff. My internet signal went from “weak” to “excellent.” I no longer have any problems with connectivity.

Disconnects frequently, like hourly. Difficult to sync w/router

We bought this wi-fi booster to help us increase our strength. We tried all day and could not get this item to work This Linksys AC750 could not even recognize our Linksys Router, we called the help line number on the box and the women we talked to could hardly speak english. She finally said someone would call us back, guess what no one called us. Would not recommend this to anyone .

Best Buy has always been great so this review does not reflect on them. I purchased the LINKSYS AC750 Range Extender to improve WiFi service on my home network. After numerous hours of repeated installations and hard re-sets, and one Chat with Linksys, I was able to get the extender to connect. It worked fine until I engaged the MAC authentication filter on my network. Then I lost connection which could not be resestablished until the MAC filtering was turned off. I called Linksys Technical support for assistance and was told that this was a "Known" issue and I would need to wait 24 hours for someone to call me back and provide a solution for this "Known" issue. A Customer's time is valuable. If this was a known issue and there is a solution then provide it quickly. I did check for a firmware update or other downloads from Linksys but nothing was available. The equipment is being returned today, thank goodness for Best Buy's return policy.

This range extender not only throttles your connection by 60% when it is 10 feet from your router, but when 50 feet from your router throttles up to 90% of your connection! I have written this review twice now because my range extender has recently taken up the hobby to reset every 2 minutes or so. I personally am someone who plays video games as a hobby and assuming at least one person who will read this is or someone who values their own time in any way, shape, or form, I FULLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING THIS. As I said, right out of the box it sent my in home connection from 210mb/s to around 70mb/s just testing it literally 10 feet from our router. When moved farther away with nothing but a single wall in between, my connection dropped to 13mb/s and varied after from 13mb/s to 19mb/s which is completely unacceptable. The product is up to date, it is in a fairly close range, and it still ceases to work. Absolute waste of both money and time. The fact that it is only a couple weeks out of the box and it has stopped working is a telltale sign for me never to buy from this brand again. I will now be switching to a google mesh wifi systems in hopes I will never have to deal with anything like this again. Completely unacceptable.

plugged it in and connected it to my router.... went to a place in the house that had 2 bars of service and plugged it in... no connection... moved it closer to router.... still wouldn't connect.... moved it closer and closer... no connection.... moved it directly next to router... NO connection... i took it back....

I hate this device...its 10 feet away from the router and it continues to lose connection several times a day...I'm sorry I bought it and I'm ready to return it.

This did not work for my application. I followed the steps and set up the Linksys AC750 unit to broadcast my 2.4 G and 5G networks and had them both appearing in my available networks. When I then moved the unit to an "ideal" location where I needed better signal I could only get the blinking amber light. The only ideal location that would work was about 15 feet away from my router. This doesn't help. The other issue is, this unit comes with an ethernet port to plug into. Absolutely nowhere in the instructions is this port ever mentioned as to how to set up. Assuming this was because it was simply plug and play...this did not work either. I have no idea how this unit provides any useful wifi extension.

I bought this because my home wifi was too weak to stream video. I had to call tech support to help me configure it but here I am now watching streaming video in my room.

Followed both set up options (WPS and browser based setup). after multiple seemingly successful setups and connections never could get functional WiFi despite strong and reliable signal from router. After 2 sessions with Linksys customer service they finally determined their was an incompatibility issue with their device and my standard router from spectrum. 2 hours of time wasted trying and retrying setup and another hour of time walking through the same steps with Linksys customer service at a glacial pace before they did the compatibility check and identified the problem. I initiated both customer service sessions asking that they check compatibility first. Moving on to a different manufacturers product.

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what I needed and took me to the perfect wi-fi extender. Good job

I wish my experience was as good as many of the others. My house is only 2100 SF but it's 2 story and my router is in the front corner so nothing downstairs works and this extender doesn't help it any. I've put in about 5 different spots and still no luck.
